Retirement Program:Our retirement Benefits include:
- Pre-tax and Roth Contributions: You may elect to contribute a portion of your eligible earnings each pay, subject to the IRS annual limit. These contributions can either be pre-tax or Roth contributions. Participants who will be age 50 or older are eligible to make additional “catch-up” contributions up to the IRS annual limit.
- Employer Safe Harbor Contributions: Each pay period, our Summit/CityMD 401(k) Plan makes a dollar for dollar match of the first 4% of your bi-weekly or monthly eligible compensation contributed to the plan. The employer match is calculated using your compensation for each pay period. In addition, the company match is 100% vested. The 4% match is limited to the IRS annual compensation limit which is adjusted annually.
